Please consider signing up for CFAM's ACH process for your Toscana II COA regular monthly fees

Greetings Neighbors:

For those of you who are already using our Communities First Property Management Company’s ACH process for paying your regular monthly maintenance fees, thank you! 

For those of you using any other method (electronic check, paper check or your bank’s bill payment method), please consider changing.  Each of these methods requires some sort of manual intervention on your part to ensure that the timing and amount of your payments are correct.  ACH makes the process worry free!

We would like you to seriously consider enrolling in CFAMs ACH process – you’ll never have to worry about paying the correct amount or paying on-time – it will happen automatically even when fees change at the beginning of a new year.  This benefits our community by ensuring that the correct fee is collected on time. Signing up for ACH gives authority for CFAM to only collect the monthly fee – nothing else can be taken from your account.  There is no risk to you!  Also, there is no charge for this service.

The process for signing up is quite easy:

• CFAM's form for authorizing them to automatically collect your monthly assessment (a.k.a., monthly maintenance fee) directly from your checking or savings account is included with this message and is attached as a PDF.
• While completing the form, where it asks for the Unit Number, this is your homeowner unique association account number. This number can be found on the assessment coupon / statement. 
• You will also need to provide a voided check with the form for processing.
• Once completed, email the form and a copy of the voided check to [email protected] or mail them to the CFAM office at PO Box 6183 Sun City Center FL 33571.
